The Yurishisu Medaka is a stunning and rare variant of the beloved Japanese Ricefish, selectively bred for its striking appearance. With glowing silvery-white bodies and vibrant orange markings concentrated on the head and face, these fish resemble miniature koi when viewed from above-complete with shimmering, metallic "sparkles" that flash in the light. This top-view beauty makes them an exceptional choice for shallow planted aquariums, rimless tanks, or outdoor ponds. Still relatively new to the aquarium hobby outside of Japan, the Yurishisu variant is prized for both its rarity and elegance. Like. Source: Aquatic Arts Freshwater Fish.
