Description
Otopharynx z rock - 4-5cm. The Euchilus Cichlid, often referred to by hobbyists as Otopharynx lithobates "Z Rock" or simply "Lithobates Euchilus," is a visually striking cichlid native to Lake Malawi. Valued for its intense coloration-typically a rich blue with electric highlights-it is a favourite among intermediate to advanced aquarists. Though peaceful by Malawi standards, the Euchilus is best kept in a carefully planned environment that mimics its natural rocky habitats.
